It serves as a critical logistics station for the entire Modularan Sector; furthermore it houses large anchorages for Insurgent warships to resupply and repair. November 30th, 3125, the Eastern Perimeter of Korribans naval defence fleet was broken through, there was not enough assets to maintain local supremacy.
